Mother's Day is next Sunday! And to celebrate the occasion, there are two great concerts for free in Lugano.
If the weather remains stable, you can enjoy a concert by the Civica Filarmonica Lugano on Sunday, May 12th, at 10:30 AM at Piazza Riforma.
But no problem if it happens to rain again. At the LAC, you can listen to the concert of the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana titled "La Natura, che bellezza!", at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM of the same day. Tickets are available for free here. Matching the theme of the concert, which deals with the elements of water, fire, earth, and air, artworks created by children about nature will be exhibited in the halls of the LAC during that day.
