A Culinary Experience at Restaurant Flamel in Lugano

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of enjoying delightful company and a marvelous vegetarian tasting menu at Restaurant Flamel in Lugano. This restaurant is renowned for its commitment to sourcing ingredients, whenever possible, locally (km0) and, of course, for its exceptional mixology drinks. This week, on Friday, March 15th, another culinary highlight awaits.

"La Cena a Quattro Mani," or "The Dinner at Four Hands," promises a fusion of talents as Flamel's chef, Andrea Barbano, collaborates with Michelin-starred chef Bernard Fournier. Bernard Fournier, with over 30 years of successful experience at the incomparable Restaurant Da Candida in Campione, brings his expertise to the table. The showcased tasting menu on March 15th includes dishes for which Da Candida was renowned.

For a price of 160.-, guests can relish five wonderful courses, dessert, and wine pairings. Booking is possible online on this link.
